### Know when any node was created

Every node now returns its creation date — from the nodes, search, and tree endpoints. An easy way to tell what's long-standing from what was just added, especially when an agent has been working the plan alongside you.

### Archive projects you're done with

Archive a project to drop it from your list without destroying it — reversible any time, and hidden unless you ask to see archived ones. Delete stays permanent; archive is the tidy, safe option.
